    I accept Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, Quest Behavioral Health, Carelon Behavioral Health and United Healthcare.

  • Fees

    The pricing for individual counseling is at a rate of $125 for a 60 minute session.

    I use Simple Practice, which is a secure HIPPA compliant platform Telehealth practice. For insurance, I used Headway to facilitate billing.

    Individual therapy

    Individual online counseling services for adults and teens (16+) who lives in Texas. You can choose the schedule that works for best for your lifestyle, with weekly, bi-weekly and monthly online sessions available Wednesday-Friday from 11am-7pm. Availability is updated on a month-by-month basis.

    60-Minute Telehealth session $125

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy

    Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD typically involves 12 sessions, each focusing on identifying and challenging unhelpful thoughts and beliefs related to the trauma, ultimately aiming to promote recovery and improve quality of life.
